Returns the exact survey question wording behind a metric, for a given region and sector. Because wording can vary by market and category, this is the authoritative way to see what respondents were actually asked.

GET /v1/question-texts/{region_name}/{sector_id}/{metric}
region_name— the region code (e.g.us).sector_id— the sector the question applies to.metric— a metric key (e.g.buzz,recommend; see Metrics).
Response
A string response containing the question text for that combination.
